How It Works
This is the sequence we will be working with you once you've sent in the Order Form.
Submit Form
Complete the Bulk Flowers Order Form by simply telling us about your colour palette, preferred style, and the quantities of material needed.
Review Estimate
Within a week of receiving your order, we will send you an email confirmation. We will include an estimate for your bulk flowers based on the information you provided, along with a contract, for your review.
Send Contract and Deposit
After you approve your estimate, we will send you a contract to sign. Please return your signed contract along with your $200 deposit. Once your contract and deposit have been received, we will officially reserve your date on our calendar. Your deposit will be applied to your final balance.
Final Check in
2 weeks prior to your event. We will contact you to provide pick up location and schedule a time window to pick up your flowers.
Submit Balance
Final payment is due 10 days prior to your event. Payment by Etransfer is preferred.
Arrange Your Flowers!
We'll have your flowers prepped, ready and waiting for you to be picked up on the date and time specified during your final check-in. Your flowers will be in buckets of water, but you are welcome to bring your own buckets. Once you've picked up your blooms, be sure to store them in a cool place, out of direct sunlight, and add extra water to the buckets as needed until you're ready to arrange them.
